We follow the guidelines set out in the Data Protection Act.  Unless you ask us to do so all personal details are deleted after we have completed your order, unless you ask us to keep your details for future purchases.  We never pass on your information and whilst handling your order take all steps to ensure your details are kept safely.


Order with us online


The prices of our products are as shown on the website. Postage and packing for all UK customers is included within the prices of our products to make it simpler for our customers.  If you are outwith the UK, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order.  Customers outwith the UK are responsible for the payment of any tax and duty liabilites applicable to their country of residence.  We cannot accept responsibility for any delivery delays within the receiving country.




Our online shop includes details about the availability of products.  It is rare for an item not to be available but very occaisionaly an item may sell out before our website is updated.  We will always contact you if this happens and offer an alternative or a full refund.  If there is an item you have seen in store that does not feature on our website, please do contact us for availability.


Shipping out to you (UK and International)


We will normally dispatch all stock items to you within 3 working days of you placing your order and full payment being made.  We will email you confirmation that your order is being sent and where applicable provide you with a tracking number.  We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for most of our items which means we are able to support our rural Post Offices.


Exchanges and returns


If you have changed your mind and want to exchange your item, we are happy to accept the items back in unused condition.  The customer is responsible for all postage costs in this regard.




Where possible we reuse packaging and would be delighted if you could do the same.
